SATURDAY 04th JULY 2009 - Under 8’s, 10’s, 12’s & 14’s boys – U16’s GIRLS
SUNDAY 05th JULY 2009 - Under 7’s, 9’s, 11’s & 13’s boys - U14’s GIRLS

• Under 7’s, & 8’s to play 7 a side, with
a minimum of 5 friendly games in a non-competitive environment
• Other age groups - tournament basis, U9’s & 10’s play 7 aside – U11’s, 12’s, 13’s, 14’s & 16’s - 5 a side.
• Tournament format will consist of maximum 12 x teams in each age group, placed in 2 x mini leagues of 6 teams, giving entrants a minimum of 5 games. 3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw

Closing date for applications & entry fee’s March 31st 2009.
Placing in leagues will be determined by the following order of precedence:
• POINTS, GOAL DIFFERENCE, HIGHEST NO. OF GOALS SCORED, RESULT AGAINST TIED TEAM. If still level, a best of 5 penalty shoot out between tied teams will take place followed by sudden death if necessary.
• For U9’s, U10’s, U11’s, U12’s, U13’s, U14’s & U16’s top 4 x teams in each mini league will progress to the knock-out stage’s of Ό finals, semi-finals & then final.
• Any matches in the knock-out stages which are tied are to be settled by best of 5 penalty competition followed by sudden death if necessary.
• All matches will be played for a duration of 10 minutes one way (NO HALF TIME OR EXTRA TIME).
• Each team to have a squad of no more than 7 (5 a side) or 10 (7 a side) players. A player registration form will be forwarded once your application is accepted. All teams to bring their LEAGUE registration cards on the day of the tournament.
• All kick-offs will be via a drop ball. Goalkeepers may NOT pick up a back pass from a team mate.
• Apart from the remarks above, ALL normal F.A. small sided Football rules as used & produced by the CENTRAL WARWICKSHIRE YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE will apply.
• Team registration on the day to be completed between 09:00 & 10:00 at notified reception point. All matches commencing @ 10:30. All teams MUST adhere to their given time slots for matches.
• Teams turning up late for scheduled fixtures will have a 1-0 defeat recorded against them.
• Entry to the tournament will be strictly 1st come 1st served.
• Regrettably, we will not entertain applications from Football Academies or School’s of excellence.
